The visit was coordinated by Sales Manager Lina, described by colleagues as a warm and dedicated professional who had been communicating with the client prior to the visit. Upon arrival, the Pakistani client was greeted by Sales Director Lois, who provided a comprehensive introduction to Wanwa Group’s equipment sourcing standards, refurbishment processes, and international logistics capabilities.
During the equipment inspection tour, Lina and Lois accompanied the client through the yard where multiple Caterpillar excavators were displayed. The client expressed particular interest in mid to large-sized Caterpillar models, emphasizing the importance of reliability and after-sales support.
